Scene Settings

Scene settings let you control the environment and atmosphere of your renders — from camera angle to weather conditions. These settings are applied per render and can be changed at any time.

View Angle

Choose from 8 preset camera positions:

  • Front — Straight-on elevation view
  • Left / Right — Side elevations
  • Back — Rear elevation
  • Corner NE / NW / SE / SW — 45° corner perspectives
Tip

Corner views produce the most dynamic-looking renders for standalone buildings. Front view is best when you need a precise elevation match.

Time of Day

  • Dawn — Soft pink/orange horizon, long shadows
  • Morning — Warm directional light, clear sky
  • Afternoon — Neutral bright light (default)
  • Dusk — Golden hour warmth, deep shadows
  • Night — Artificial lighting, dark sky
  • Overcast — Flat diffuse light, no shadows — ideal for showing materials clearly

Season

  • Spring — Fresh green foliage, soft light
  • Summer — Full green canopy, high sun
  • Autumn — Orange/yellow leaves, lower sun angle
  • Winter — Bare trees, possible snow

Weather

  • Clear — Blue sky, crisp shadows
  • Cloudy — Partial cloud cover, softer light
  • Rainy — Wet surfaces, overcast
  • Snowy — Snow accumulation, winter atmosphere
  • Foggy — Low visibility, atmospheric depth
  • Windy — Motion in trees and landscape
Tip

Overcast + Afternoon is a neutral combination that shows materials and form clearly without dramatic shadows — great for design review renders. Use Dawn or Dusk for presentation renders.
